Health Care Reform requires new reporting of health benefits on Form W-2 by employers. The IRS has issued interim transition relief for employers filing fewer than 250 Form W-2s in the prior year. Mr. Bye-Torre has both written and spoken on federal health care reform, HIPAA, COBRA, Medicare Part D, Medicare Second Payer, Wellness Programs, ERISA, the Americans with Disabilities Act and other state and federal law benefit topics.
